Getting into That Tight Form

It’s been a while since I did some real tough exercise and gotten into top physical form. I use to be a real good runner when I was in high school but it was quite a while since I been a runner. It was time to kick the fat loss factor into turbo I thought. I was getting older and it was getting harder to lose the belly that I have acquired from working in an office. You will be quite surprised how that can happen when working long hours in an office and before you know it this belly sneaks up on you.

So what I tried to do to get rid of this little weight I have gained is try to start running again.
